Richard D. Bailey: Real-Life Lessons from the Front Lines of Decision Making
Raw, Real, and Relevant: My Decision Making Journey
Unfiltered Stories from a Man Who's Been Through the Trenches

Greetings! I’m Richard Bailey. Welcome to my Speaker’s page and boy…

Do I have some stories for you!

I have stories of hope and despair, wins and losses, good decisions and bad but ultimately, I have stories about how to make decisions that focus on yourself and your people when the odds are stacked against you, your people, and your organization. But let’s get this straight, I am not some leadership guru from a world-class university trying to impress you with how smart I am. I am not offering to give you some higher level of consciousness, cutting-edge theory, or cool buzzwords to make you sound smart to your people.

That’s not me. I don’t have an MBA from you know where. I don’t have a world-class pedigree and never went through a training program from one of the big banks or consulting firms. I am just a normal guy who has repeatedly been thrown into abnormal and extraordinary situations and now I can finally talk about them openly and candidly.

I am going to talk about what really happens in tough times. What I did right and what I did wrong. What worked, what didn’t work and why. I am going to talk about my successes. But I am definitely going to talk about my mistakes, the decisions I made and why.

And then we are going to have a lively, no-holds-barred discussion on decision-making under fire.

It will be challenging. It will be engaging. It will also be fun. And while we are at it, we just may learn a thing or two… or more.

Give me a call or send me an email.

Very Truly Yours,

Richard D Bailey
